The Cigar Factory was designed to be a creative office space in LIC that offers modern office amenities — such as a secure bike storage and locker area and a private tenant courtyard — and allows tenants to have maximum control over their space. For example, our ready-to-move-in office suites offer open concept workspace layouts which can be built out based on tenants’ needs.
Biking to work has become an increasingly popular commuting option. We took this into consideration when making The Cigar Factory a reality. Just outside the brand new entrance is a Citi Bike station with ample bike space for those who prefer biking to work using this service. If you prefer your own bike, our LIC creative office space also offers secure bike storage. Store your biking gear in a locker and grab a shower before heading upstairs to take on the day. For those who prefer driving to work, there is a newly renovated parking lot onsite as well.

A short distance away, take a break in the WiFi-enabled private, landscaped tenant courtyard on the ground floor before heading to the elevator bank where freight and passenger elevators with modernized mechanics and cabs are waiting to take you up four floors of naturally lit, customizable, open concept workspaces with 12′ ceilings. Each floor is equipped with newly renovated ADA-compliant restrooms.
After work, catch a drink, a show, dinner, and anything in between. The Cigar Factory is conveniently located in the heart of bustling LIC and close to several popular transportation options, including the Roosevelt Island tram, major highways — like I-95 and I-278 — the Queensboro Bridge, and more.
